Grizzly Bear has put out a new song called “Sleeping Ute” from their upcoming, untitled album. The most striking thing about this song is the guitar, the way it unabashedly cuts through a forest of percussion and other noises floating into the atmosphere. It’s a triumphant return to a much beloved band. I can see why Ed Droste, one of the members of the band also probably the most vocal on Twitter, is so excited about it.
